I've been really wanting to draw Panty from Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. :P She is my absolute fav right now! I should draw Stocking next.
It's SOOO fun to draw in this style, even though I don't think I quite captured her look, I really enjoyed drawing it. ^.^
The background is lame.

I actually think you did a great job. You have the sharp edges going around the character and it works very well. Panty is one of my Favorite anime characters with her sex addiction being sort of hot.

Wow...I really can't think of any other description than that. Looks just like the real one.

This needs to be on the front page :3 I love Panty! I liked Stocking at first because of her look but in the end Panty was the one who was free AND had some serious balls :) Well to start I LOVELOVELOVE your eyes! The body has great shape considering the way she is positioned and contours very well with her dress :) The hair is really great too. I always like the look of fading from light to darker tones with some gloss and you hit that perfectly :)

Oh, and YUMMY LOLLIPOP! <3 (wow, creepy.)
